Too bad the Jets are gonna suck in it :) July 19 Member- Member coming up!We, we got the annual member-member tournament this weekend at the Powelton Club. We had qualifying this past weekend and we did well. I shot my personal best 75....... wit a nice little 3 putt from 10 feet on 10 and a 3 jack on 18, when i knew i had 74 in sight!
Oh well, go get em this weekend. June 29 Isiah has not only ruined the Knicks, but other things in history......Grabbed this off PAGE 2 on espn.com. Absolutely hysterical. After his draft last night, he should be fired right now.
And as always, Bill Simmons Draft Diary. A must read. Absolutely hysterical. June 28 Get Voting - Let's go METS!!Mets are rolling. David Wright, Jose Reyes, Paul LoDuca and Carlos Beltran are all in the lead to be voted into this years all star game. Delgado, is only surpassed by Pujols. Although he's been on the shelf, you can't argue that one. Maybe he'll be put on the team as a reserve. He deserves it. And Tom Glavine is a LOCK. Boy, i'm gonna enjoy this years game.
Get out and vote and finish the job Met fans.
Click here for - NL Balloting June 27 QUAKE 4The coolest game! I just recently got a XBOX360 for Father's Day, and the first game i went out and got was Quake 4, I was a big fan of this game in college (the original Quake). Well, i picked up the latest installment and i'm not dissapointed.

But I love the online play, so fast and quick. I could play for hours......could, but i don't.
Gotta finish this game before i pick up another one. WILL THIS RAIN EVER STOP?Ok, it has now officially been raining for 40 days and 40 nights. Well, close, but it's unbelievable, every day is groundhog day. Overcast, rain, heavy rain. I heard this is what Seattle is like? Well, we have the 4th of July coming up, how about a nice weekend for a change? I have a golf tournament coming up, and i suck and need to practice, but this goddam rain is not helping! February 07 Jets Blowout Sale at HofstraThis past sunday, myself, the wife and the kids made the trek out to Long Island to the JETS Annual Blowout sale.
It was fun for everyone. We got to meet Dave Herman, a member of the championship 1969 JETS team. I took some really good pictures with him, he let me see his Superbowl Ring and signed my JETS helmet for me. Real nice man, was talking some 1969 JETS to me, giving me a "history" lesson on the 69 Jets. Included are some pictures of the day.
My main reason was going out to LI to get my kids some JETS jerseys for next season. I got them each Pennington Jerseys - now i just hope he plays!
That followed by Joe Willie walking out of the tunnel at Super Bowl 40 made my day! February 02 Another day - another win!!!!Still can't see me. Last night, I got out to a 14 - 0 lead in the first quarter, 21 - 0 at the half. I got the ball at the start of the 3rd quarter, make it 24 - 0. At this point I shut it down and started working on a few different defensive schemes and gave up 2 big plays for TD's late. Won the game 38 - 14. The guy had twice as many wins as me. God i'm so good - Ya'll can't see me. And just think - it only took me 5 months to finally get the hang of this. So excited for Madden 07. The only problem left is whether to get it for PS2 or PS3.
Get some! February 01 You can't see me!!!Lately, I have really been getting into "online gaming" with my PS2 - most notibly - Madden NFL 06. I got off to a real rough start, losing my first 15 games, getting my butt whooped by everyone. Then i started to learn how to play a little defense. Now i found a team i think i'm pretty good with - The KC Chiefs.
I now have a 7 game win streak, have beaten people levels above me. I challenge anyone out there to a game. Remember - you try to stop Gonzo, LJ is gonna get you, and you try to stop LJ, Dante Hall will blow right by you.
Bring it.
January 27 THE ENDWell, sports season has officially ended for me till spring training, with the early elimination of the JETS, I turned my attention to the Mighty Manhattan Jaspers. Coming off a 10 game win streak, we found out our star player decided it wasnt important to go to class and was academically suspended from the team. The season is officially over. Well, there's always the Mets - right? The cold winter is about to set in. I guess i will have to cheer for the Steelers this year, for Jamal needs a Championship to sustain life.

December 16 Progess on the New and Old HouseWell here's the status of the new House as of December 16, 2004. Still havent sold the old one yet. Showings this time of year have slowed down considerably. But at least the people coming this time of year are serious lookers - not just some people looking to fill up a saturday afternoon. Construction of the new house if going fast! Ahead of schedule they say.... Had to take my dog (Putter) to work today, we had a second showing, and so close to christmas, i figured these people were somewhat serious. A nice christmas present to me would be taking the house off my hands. |
