Well here's the status of the new House as of December 16, 2004.  Still havent sold the old one yet. Showings this time of year have slowed down considerably.  But at least the people coming this time of year are serious lookers - not just some people looking to fill up a saturday afternoon. 

Construction of the new house if going fast!  Ahead of schedule they say....

Had to take my dog (Putter) to work today, we had a second showing, and so close to christmas, i figured these people were somewhat serious.  A nice christmas present to me would be taking the house off my hands.
